Customer and supplier records with balances, price lists and credit limits

Prospect keeps customers and suppliers in one partner list that every document uses. Each partner has tax identifiers, contacts, payment terms, a price list, an optional credit limit, and a profile with its documents and current balance. Partners are included in every plan, from 49 € per month per company.

What you can do

  • Register a partner as a customer, a supplier or both.
  • Store the EDB, EMBS, address, email, phone and contacts.
  • Assign a price list, a default discount and payment terms per customer.
  • Set a credit limit that sales documents are checked against.
  • See the partner's documents, payments, open items and balance in one profile.
  • Keep notes and tasks with an assignee and a due date.
  • Import customers and suppliers from CSV or Excel.

Built in Macedonia for Macedonian companies

  • Partner records include the EDB tax number and the EMBS registry number.
  • The same identifiers are used on PDF documents and in eFaktura.
  • Published documents keep a snapshot of the partner data, so later edits do not rewrite issued invoices.
  • Access to partners is controlled by a separate Partners permission.

Frequently asked questions

Is Prospect a CRM?
No. Prospect offers lightweight contact tracking (contacts, notes and tasks) next to the operational record. It is not a campaign or sales-automation CRM.
Can one company be both a customer and a supplier?
Yes. A partner can be a customer, a supplier or both.
Can I import my existing customers?
Yes. Customers and suppliers are imported from CSV or Excel; only code and name are required. Unpaid invoices can be imported as opening balances.
How do credit limits work?
You set a limit on the customer. Sales documents are checked against it, and exceeding it requires a separate override permission.
What happens to old invoices when I change a partner's details?
Nothing. Published documents keep the partner data they were issued with.
